The “Weekly Overview” widget on the “Dashboard” gives a graphical view of the current week’s day-wise total call count. The representation of the data in the card provides a comparative view for each day of the week. It also shows the increase or decrease in the ongoing and previous weeks’ total calls’ count. Further, it displays the number of connected and converted calls for that week.

On the “Dashboard”, the “Call Trend” chart represents the count of distinct call types. This representation is in a comparative manner. You can view the information on one or more call types altogether. The data of the below-given call types is displayed in this graph: -Incoming Calls -Connected Calls -Converted Calls -Hangup Calls -Blocked Calls

The “Number Card” available on the “Dashboard” indicates the count of the newly created numbers. This count includes the sum of both toll-free and local numbers.

MTD is indicative of “Month Till Date”.

“Weekly” and “This Week” are filters depicting different information in relation to a week: Weekly: This filter shows the week-wise trend of an amount. This being the reason, it is used for graphical data. This week: The said filter shows the data of the ongoing week. It is utilized for filtering the tabular data.

The “Payout and Revenue” graphical card present on the “Dashboard” denotes the payout as well as revenue generated within a specific time period. The graph shows the periodical highs and lows in the payout and revenue.
