The “Limit Rev” is a toggle used to cap or restrict revenue at all destination levels for a specific advertiser.

The “Limit Call” toggle is used to cap or restrict call volume at all destination levels for a particular advertiser.

An advertiser can have one of the following statuses:
  • Active
  • Inactive
  • Suspended
  • To add a sub-user for an advertiser, make use of these instructions:
  • Navigate the “Advertiser” menu.
  • Click on the “Add Sub-User” icon in the “Action” column.
  • Enter the required details and tap on the “Invite” button.
  • For inviting a new advertiser:
  • Navigate to the “Advertiser” menu.
  • Click on the "+" button.
  • Fill in the details required and hit "Send Invite".
  • The user will receive an invite link. He/she should follow the steps provided in the link.
  • The admin will receive a request in the pending request section via the “User” page.
  • The admin can then approve or reject the request.
  • Instant Messaging (IM) Messenger is a platform that allows users to exchange real-time messages over the internet.

  • Prepaid Billing Model: As part of this model, users pay in advance for services. It offers more control over expenses and no contractual obligations.
  • Postpaid Billing Model: Under this model, users receive monthly bills based on actual usage, often with additional perks, but typically requiring a longer-term contract.
  • A “Payment Term” is the time frame within which an advertiser must make his/her payments.

    Weekly, the following payment terms are provided for advertisers:

    • Net 1
    • Net 3
    • Net 5
    • Net 7
    • Net 10

    Monthly, advertisers can find these payment terms:

    • Net 1
    • Net 5
    • Net 7
    • Net 30 

    Bi-weekly, these are the payment terms available for advertisers:

    • Net 3
    • Net 5
    • Net 7

    A “Credit Line” allows an advertiser to use services up to a specified amount, even if their payment is pending. This helps manage call flow effectively while ensuring uninterrupted access to Teldrip’s services.
