“Revenue” refers to the money receivable from the advertiser as payment for leads consumed by him/her.

In order to approve any pending billing requests:
  • Go to “Billings and Payout”.
  • View “Billings”.
  • Then tap on “Pending Request”.
  • Click on the “Approve” button for the specific bill.
  • Confirm the action in the popup to complete the approval.
  • The “Billing Period” is the timeframe during which you, as the admin, receive a bill from the advertiser, based on the services provided.

    Follow these steps for sending the billing invoice to an advertiser:
  • Navigate to the “Approved Bills” section.
  • Click on the “Email” icon under the “Action” column to send the invoice to the advertiser.
  • You can download a billing invoice by carrying out these steps:
  • Go to the “Approved Bills” section.
  • Click on the “Download” button under the “Action” column.
  • Then wait for the invoice to be downloaded.
  • A bill will appear in the “Approved Bill” widget after it has been approved from the “Pending Request” section.

    In the “Transaction History” widget, the payment status will show "Paid". It will indicate that an advertiser has completed the payment.

    You can download the proof of payment uploaded by an advertiser through these instructions:
  • Open “Billings”.
  • Then select “Transaction History”.
  • See to it that the payment method has been set to “Manual Payment”.
  • Click on the “Download” button under “Payment Proof” to access the document.
  • NA" will appear under “Payment Proof” if the payment was made via credit or debit card. This is because no manual payment proof is required for these transactions.
