  • “Ring Timeout” is the maximum duration a call will ring at a destination before it is marked as unanswered.

Capping & Limits are restrictions set on calls and conversions at the destination level. They help you control call volume, conversion rates, and revenue from each destination.

“Concurrency Settings” control the number of simultaneous calls that can be routed to a destination.

  • None: It denotes no limit on the number of concurrent calls.
  • Max: This type restricts the total number of concurrent calls allowed.
  • Hourly: It restricts the number of concurrent calls within an hourly period.
  • “Suppression” allows you to block specific caller IDs from being routed to a destination.
