You have two options to choose from - local numbers or toll-free numbers, depending on your campaign's needs.

A phone number can either be active (available for use) or inactive (not currently in use).

Allocation Date: This is the date when a phone number is assigned to a publisher.

Renewal Date: It indicates the date when any changes to the number are updated in the system after its creation.

Deallocation Date: This date denotes when a number is removed from a publisher and made inactive.

For the purpose of deallocating a specific phone number from a publisher:

Go to “Phone Line”.

Then click on “Line Manager”.

Tap on the “Deallocate Number” icon in the “Action” column.

Provide a reason or comment for the deallocation.

Hit the “Submit” button to confirm.
